At T.M. LuxuryHairCo , we prioritize orders processing and efficient shipping to ensure your satisfaction. Your order billing and shipping address must match or your order will be canceled. Here's what you can expect:

Order Processing:  will be processed within 48 to 72 hours from the time it is placed, Monday through Friday. We strive to promptly prepare your items for shipping.

Shipping Timeline: Once your order has been processed it takes 1-3 business days for your package to reach you.

Shipping Method: We ship with USPS as our shipping partner.

RETURN POLICY

  1. You are granted a period of 5 days to initiate a return for your hair products. Please ensure that the item(s) are shipped back to us within this timeframe.

  2. Refund Processing Time: Once the returned item(s) have been received, we will promptly process your refund. You can expect the refund to be issued within 3 business days.

  3. Condition of Items for Refunds or Exchanges: To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition.
